Description:

GlobalLogic is seeking an AI/ML Product Support Engineer with a solid background in machine learning who is looking to transition into a client-facing and product-focused support role. This position centers on supporting and troubleshooting AI/ML products deployed primarily on cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure, with active involvement in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Engineers in this role act as technical contacts for customers, resolving issues related to machine learning model performance, product APIs, deployment, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will guide customers on best practices, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and help evolve customer solutions with documentation and support material. This position offers a chance to work at the cutting edge of AI support, with exposure to tools like Vertex AI, Gemini, and Dialogflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 technical support for AI/ML products and services on cloud platforms.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and document issues around ML model performance, deployment, and API integrations.
  • Advise customers on real-world best practices for cloud AI/ML solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Contribute clear documentation to internal knowledge bases.
  • Keep current with Generative AI trends and latest machine learning advancements.

  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skillset.
  • Excellent communication, technical documentation skills, and customer focus.
